Please give them your consultants’ name and information. Also, we ask that couples keep in contact with your planner, providing updates on your wedding planning. This is very helpful to your planner, because the more they know about your wedding, the better they can coordinate. What kind of service will we receive from our wedding consultant? We only provide the highest level of service to all of our clients. This is what sets us apart from the ‘other guys’. Our consultants have years of experience in the service industry and pride ourselves in responding to clients very promptly. Usually, any emails or telephone calls are answered within a few hours-not like other companies that tell you they will get back to you within 24 hours. Our consultants are friendly, attentive, and truly believe in what they do for a living. All of our packages include complimentary unlimited phone/emails with your planner, professional advice, and special payment options. How do I know what package is right for us? Each package is designed for different levels of assistance. It will depend on how confident you are in planning your wedding, and how much support you feel you’ll need. We will be as involved in your wedding plans only as much as you want us to, because we understand planning a wedding is half the fun of getting married! What if we are not sure if we will need your services? Please contact us if you are considering hiring a wedding planner. Even if you’re not sure if you will need some help with your wedding, speaking to one of our consultants can help you decide if a planner is necessary. We are more than willing to speak to you about what you’re looking for in a wedding consultant. You wouldn’t purchase a home without an agent, so why would you have a wedding (that you’re spending thousands of dollars on) without a wedding consultant? Can we afford a wedding planner? Aren’t they for the rich? Yes, you can certainly afford our services! Not only are our fees comparable to our competition but we provide discounts for Friday/Sunday, and Off Season Weddings (October through April). In addition, we have several payment options for couples, including low down payments, monthly/bi-monthly payments plans, or lump sum payment schedules. Please speak to one of our consultants about our options. Also, consider that many vendors will only give a discount to a couple if they have hired a wedding planner, thus lowering the overall cost of your wedding. You can feel free to ask your consultant anything about weddings and we will have the answer (or will find out the answer for you). We can take a lot of the stress out of your wedding day, so you can relax knowing a professional is handling all of your details. Also, many wedding vendors will only give discounts to other wedding professionals, so a wedding planner can actually save you money! Do you provide references? Absolutely! Our references are from a variety of sources, and are always up to date. Please ask us about providing references to you-and feel free to speak to past clients, as well as vendors we have worked with. Is a wedding consultant going to take over my wedding? A good wedding consultant is there to support your vision for your wedding. They should NEVER attempt to tell you what you should do for your wedding day. We believe it is YOUR wedding, and will provide you with options for your day. Once you’ve decided what you want to do, we will be there to support your decisions 100%.
